Potty Training - Day 2

So my husband had to leave for a last-minute business trip today. I decided to press on, since yesterday was so encouraging. I though we had probably spent too much time on the potty yesterday though. She had spent probably three or four hours on and off the potty, to have only wet once. So I spent the evening researching on the net and switched my game plan. We would now do 5 minutes for every half hour. Out came the timer. The timer worked really well for the first half of the day, but again, she wasn't wetting very much and she didn't get anything in the toilet. So after her nap I gave her an adult-sized mug of tea. That ought to do it! Well, yes. She went through four pull-ups pretty quick, but still nothing in the toilet. At this point she began resisting, so I resorted to candy-corns. One "piece" (I broke them in half, but she didn't know) for every time she sat on the potty.

Today was a bit discouraging.
