Yesterday seems to have been a turning point. Today we had one success and one almost-success. The miss was my fault - she was sitting on the potty and she suddenly and uncharacteristically said "done!" I could tell that she was "done" because she felt something but I wasn't able to successfully explain to her what what happening and keep her on the potty. She got up and promptly went in her pull-up.
So now we begin the process - I feel like up until now has just been preparation.
